省府路市场旁边开了家卖鸭脖子的店。
这两年福州的鸭脖子店呈燎原之势，这家店也未见得好吃到哪里去，而且鸭爪比别处显然贵得多。
不过，卤藕非常好吃。
藕这东西，煮过了头口感会变成粉粉的，绵绵软软；时间不够呢，味道吃不进去。
他们的藕，香脆微辣，咬起来一口一个响，就跟磕瓜子一样，很容易上瘾。

啊～～羡慕～～上海人没文化，都把藕里面塞上糯米和糖再煮，越煮越腻味。。。

各地有各地的吃法
谁也没碍着谁吧
虽然我不爱吃糖藕
不过
兔子啊
我朋友骑车走长江
走到湖南一带
那边有吃“藕带”的
是藕上新长出的芽
他们说非常好吃呢

呵呵，开个玩笑，上海宁表生气啦
藕带就是嫩藕芽，口感很好，有清香。我在上海的菜场买到过一次，时间应该是在5月初。
